Ingredients:
12 slices fresh baguette
¼ cup butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup Marionberry jam
1 wheel Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam, cut into 12 small wedges
Honey, for drizzling
Fresh thyme sprigs
Directions:
1. Remove Mt Tam from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature before serving, about 45-60 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spread a light layer of butter onto the baguette slices and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Spread a light layer of marionberry jam over the bread slices. Top with 1 wedge of Mt Tam. Drizzle the tops lightly with honey and sprinkle on a few fresh thyme sprigs.
